Randy’s Tropical Plants does not collect, or share the personal information of our customers.  I don’t even email ads or other promotions to customers.

US sales only

This includes all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. (not all plants for sale, can be shipped to all of these regions, contact me at randystropicalplant@gmail.com if you have any questions).

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on orders of 200 hundred dollars or more.

For orders less than two hundred dollars, the shipping is a flat 18.99 no matter how many plants you buy, or where you are, as long as you are in the United States. That shipping charge pays for a medium flat rate shipping container.

Frequently, for larger orders, I have to upgrade to a larger package to accommodate the plants being sent. If I decide to upgrade your order to the larger package, I will pay the difference in shipping.

Larger plants frequently require pruning to fit into the shipping container. This will be done at my discretion. I try to preserve as much of the plant as I can.

All plants are sent bare root, via USPS priority mail. USPS priority shipping time is usually 3 days or less from the time the package is mailed. It is my intention to get all packages in the mail within 5 business days, but inclement weather, sickness, travel, etc. may delay this. Please be patient.

All plants are guaranteed to arrive alive. I do not guarantee that they will survive in your climate, for any length of time past the first 24 hours.

Plants vary in size and appearance.  I will always ship the best specimens that I have, at the time.

Refunds and returns

Dead on Arrival: Once a package is out of my hands I have no control over how it is handled. Sometimes plants get badly damaged in shipping, or overheated, and die. It is very rare for this to happen. If for whatever reason, your plant does not arrive alive and well, you will be issued a full refund or a replacement plant will be sent.  Whether a repacement plant is sent, or a refund is issued, will be at my discretion. In order to receive a refund, or a replacement plant, you must email pictures of the plant to www.randystropicalplants@gmail.com clearly showing that it is dead, or severely damaged, (damage must be bad enough to cause the plant to die) and I must receive that email within 24 hours of the delivery of the plant.  

Incorrect Addresses: If I receive an incorrect address from a customer, and I ship a package to that address, and the package is lost, or if the package is returned to me as un-deliverable, then there will be no refund. Please check to make sure that the shipping address is correct before completing the order.

Returns: All sales are final.
